- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric
- Warm water
- Organic honey(optional)
Squeeze half a lemon into a mug, then add the 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and then pour the warm water. Stir well for 15-20 seconds. Now you can add some honey , if desired, but I urge you first to try it without it. Keep the spoon in the mug as turmeric will fall to the bottom of the mug, so the drink will need to be mixed again before another sip.
